Due to different monitor resolution, light shooting environment and manual measurement deviation, slight color difference, size error and detail inconsistency shall not be regarded as product quality problems.

• Toys on this site are suitable for specified age groups marked on product detail pages. Purchasers shall confirm the applicable age before placing orders. Our store is not liable for improper use, accidental injury caused by children playing without adult supervision.

3. Pricing & Payment Legal Clause

• All product prices displayed on allintoys.com are final retail prices excluding cross-border import tax, customs duty and local brokerage fees, except EU orders under €150 which include checkout prepaid IOSS VAT.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices, discount rules and promotion activities at any time without prior notice. Price adjustment will not affect confirmed paid orders.
• We cooperate with official third-party payment channels only. We will not store your complete credit card, debit card and private payment account information. All payment transactions are protected by encrypted system.
• If system causes wrong pricing bug, we have the right to cancel abnormal low-price orders and issue full unconditional refund to customers.

4. Cross-Border Customs & Tax Liability Statement

• Buyers undertake all import duty, local customs clearance fee, import tax and related handling fees for orders delivered to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
• EU orders below €150 adopt IOSS tax pre-collection mode, no extra tax upon delivery; EU orders over €150 need buyers to pay local customs duty independently.
• allintoys.com will declare goods truthfully following international customs laws. We will not modify declared value, mark parcels as gifts or falsify commodity attributes to evade customs tax. Any customer request for false declaration will be rejected directly.
• Customs detention, parcel confiscation caused by buyer’s local import policy restriction shall be borne solely by the buyer, and our store will not undertake refund or reship liability.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability Exemption

• All delivery transit time on the website is estimated time only, not guaranteed arrival time. Our store is exempted from liability for parcel delay caused by extreme weather, national public holiday, customs routine inspection, carrier logistics backlog and force majeure events.
• Once parcels are delivered to the shipping address filled by customers, delivery is completed. We are not responsible for front door theft, parcel loss caused by wrong address, unreachable recipient, customer missed pickup.
• Parcels unclaimed within 7 days after courier failed delivery will be returned or destroyed per local logistics rules, relevant loss shall be undertaken by buyers.

• Customers can cancel unpaid orders freely. Paid but undelivered orders can apply for full cancellation refund.
• For delivered orders, voluntary return due to personal preference shall be covered by buyer’s return shipping cost; defective item, wrong item delivery caused by our store error will enjoy free return shipping, replacement or full refund.
• All parcel damage, lost package after-sales claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days after shipment, with valid unboxing video and photo evidence. Overdue applications will not be accepted legally.
• Clearance sale items are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
