Allintoys Official Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on allintoys.com. We only ship general regular goods (non-battery, non-liquid, non-powder, non-hazardous general merchandise) to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and European Union countries.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays, weekends).
  • Orders placed on weekends or official holidays will be processed on the next regular business day.
  • During peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Halloween, seasonal big sales), order processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days due to order surges.
  • Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking link will be sent to your registered email automatically.

2. Shipping Zones, Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Rules

Zone 1: Continental United States (48 contiguous states)

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate, 3–7 business days delivery
  • Expedited Shipping: $14.99 flat rate, 2–4 business days delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 USD
  • Remote US Areas Surcharge: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands add $12 shipping fee, free shipping not available for these areas.

Zone 2: Canada

  • Standard Shipping: $12.99 CAD flat rate, 8–14 business days delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 CAD

Zone 3: United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £9.99 flat rate, 7–12 business days delivery
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over £75 GBP

Zone 4: European Union Mainland (EU27 Countries)

  • Standard Shipping: €11.99 flat rate, 6–12 business days delivery (1-3 extra days for customs clearance)
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over €79 EUR
  • EU Remote Areas Surcharge: Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Northern Finland add €6 shipping fee

Zone 5: Other Global Countries

Standard Shipping: $19.99 USD flat rate, 12–22 business days delivery, no free shipping service.

3. Delivery & Tracking Instructions

  1. All shipped packages support full end-to-end tracking, you can check shipping status via our website order center or official carrier website.
  2. All delivery times are estimated delivery times only, not guaranteed delivery time. Shipping delays may be caused by customs inspection, carrier backlog, extreme weather, local holidays or incorrect recipient address.
  3. Couriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the parcel is unclaimed within 7 days after failed delivery, it will be returned to warehouse or discarded per local logistics regulations.
  4. We are not responsible for parcel loss or theft caused by incorrect shipping address, unavailable recipient, unattended front-door packages. Please confirm your shipping address carefully before checkout.

4. Customs, VAT & Import Duty Policy

  • United States & Canada: All import duties, customs taxes and brokerage fees are borne by the buyer. Product prices and shipping fees on our site do not include any cross-border import taxes.
  • European Union: Our store completed EU IOSS VAT registration. For orders under €150, VAT is pre-paid at checkout, no extra tax needed on delivery. For orders over €150, local customs duty shall be paid by buyers on arrival.
  • United Kingdom: All UK import VAT and customs duty shall be undertaken by buyers following HMRC local rules.
  • We refuse to falsify package value or mark orders as gifts to avoid customs tax, which violates local import laws.

5. Lost, Damaged & Delayed Parcel Claim Rules

  • Delayed Orders: Contact our support team within 30 calendar days after shipment if your package is 5+ business days overdue for carrier investigation.
  • Lost Parcels: Official lost claim will be launched 20 business days after shipment once carrier confirms loss. You can choose full order refund or free reshipment after claim approval.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Please send complete unboxing video + clear photos of damaged goods and original package to our support email within 7 calendar days after receiving parcels. We offer free replacement or full refund after verification.
  • All shipping-related claims are only accepted within 30 calendar days after order shipment.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Unsupported Areas

  1. We do NOT ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria due to international trade sanctions and logistics restrictions.
  2. Oversized & overweight packages (over 5kg / longest side over 60cm) cannot enjoy free shipping, extra overweight fee will be charged automatically.
  3. PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses do not support expedited shipping.
  4. Prohibited restricted items will be cancelled and refunded automatically once detected.

7. Return Shipping Policy

  • Customer voluntary returns (dislike, size mismatch, wrong purchase): Buyers bear return shipping cost.
  • Our fault returns (wrong item, defective item): We provide prepaid return label and cover all return shipping fees.
  • All returned products must be unused, with original tags and intact packaging, in resalable condition. Clearance sale items are non-returnable.
